After the successful first edition of “Top ICT Employer” - an initiative of the technology publisher ICT Media and the recruitment agency JobTiger, the project will be conducted for second consecutive year in 2013.

“Top ICT Employer” will try to identify the preferred employers in the sector of information and communication technologies (ICT) in Bulgaria, to outline the leading trends in the management and development of human resources in this area and to identify the key areas where managers could improve the efficiency of the human capital and the effeciency of the organizations they manage, as a whole.

Through comparing companies operating in the same business sector, the survey will reliably measure and compare the results achieved by the participating companies.

The survey is conducted according to the methodology of the specialized in HR audit company Audit Advice Associates (AAA) commissioned by JobTiger and ICT Media.
